By creating an account or using Provillo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Provillo is an AI-powered sales email platform that helps agencies generate personalized outreach emails, find local business leads, and analyze sales calls. We use third-party services (including Anthropic, Google Places, OpenAI Whisper, and Stripe) to provide these features.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Provillo. One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.
New users receive a limited free trial. Trial usage limits are displayed in-app and may change at our discretion. The trial doesn't automatically convert to a paid plan — you choose when to upgrade.
Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for each billing cycle. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
No refunds. All payments are final. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your billing period, but we don't issue prorated refunds. If you have exceptional circumstances, contact us at hello@provillo.com — we'll try to help.
Some plans advertise "unlimited" usage. In practice, a fair-use limit applies (currently 2,000 emails per month) to prevent abuse. If you genuinely need more, email us and we'll increase your limit.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also delete your account entirely (Settings → Delete Account), which cancels your subscription immediately and permanently removes your data.
You agree not to use Provillo to:
You are fully responsible for the emails you send. We provide a tool; you decide how to use it. Recipients must be businesses with a legitimate reason for you to contact them.
Agency plans allow multiple team members. The account owner is responsible for their team members' actions. Owners can invite, remove, and manage members from Settings. If an owner deletes their account, all team members are also removed.
Emails and data you create using Provillo belong to you. We don't claim ownership. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service (e.g., sending your prompt to our AI provider to generate an email).
Provillo uses AI to generate emails and analyses. AI output can contain errors, outdated information, or unintended phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing every email before sending. Provillo is not liable for the consequences of sending AI-generated content without review.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party provider issues may cause downtime. We're not liable for losses resulting from downtime.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. We'll refund unused prepaid time only if we terminate without cause.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that Provillo will meet your specific needs, produce specific results, or be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provillo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost customers, etc.).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
